San Marino, a tiny land-locked state within Italy, is covered by the standard Italian map series. A 1:12,000 scale published by Studio FMB, Bologna shows castelli boundaries, and has a 1:4,000 scale inset map of San Marino city with Borgo Maggiore, Serravalle, Monetegiarino and Dogano.

Soviet military topographic mapping of San Marino is available at the following scales: 1:1,000,000 (1 sheet, complete coverage, published in 1985); 1:500,000 (1 sheet, complete coverage, published in 1982); 1:200,000 (1 sheet, complete coverage, published in 1986) and 1:100,000 (2 sheets, complete coverage, published in 1985). These products are available in print, digital raster and digital vector GIS formats from East View Geospatial.

A soil map was published in 1980 by Pitagora Editrice.
