East View’s Global Vector Basemap (GVBM) is an authoritative ArcGIS-ready vector basemap powered by TomTom Orbis Maps. The GVBM is ready off-the-shelf or customized for any location in the world. TomTom Orbis data is a comprehensive global dataset offering detailed and up-to-date geographic information, including administrative boundaries, transportation networks, and points of interest.

Elisa Sullivan is the Director of Program Management at TomTom, leading Enterprise Pre-Sales Solutions and Sales Enablement for Orbis Maps. With nearly 20 years of experience in the digital mapping industry, she has played a key role in helping major Automotive and Enterprise customers identify and implement TomTom solutions to meet their location-based needs. Elisa is also a recognized expert in onboarding strategy, ensuring seamless adoption and long-term customer success.
Rodney Buhrsmith is a Business Development professional at East View. He joined the Marine Corps after high school and later earned an International Business degree and his MBA in Entrepreneurship. With nearly 30 years in the Information Services industry, he likes to weave together solutions that meet and exceed the mission.
Matthew Dick is the SPA Project Manager at East View Geospatial. He has a Master’s degree in Geographic Information Science and 10 years of experience working with geospatial data. Responsible for a wide-ranging set of GIS duties, including production, quality control and analysis.
