The French overseas territory Wallis and Futuna is mapped by the French Institut Géographique National (IGN). Two 1:25,000 scale sheets conforming to Série bleue specifications cover the islands. These four-color maps were published in 1986, on the UTM projection, International ellipsoid, show relief with 20 m contours and are based upon 1982 aerial photographic coverage.
Soviet military topographic mapping of Wallis and Futuna is available at the following scale: 1:1,000,000 (1 sheet, complete coverage, published in 1965). This product is available in print, digital raster and digital vector GIS formats from East View Geospatial.
Charts of the islands are published by Service Hydrographique et Océanographique de la Marine (SHOM).
