Searching by Category in Global Explorer
The category search menu allows users to browse available resources by map type (topographic, geoscientific, thematic), chart type (nautical/hydrographic, aeronautical), or by terrain and digital elevation models. The category search is the default landing page for shop.geospatial.com, but users can toggle between this view and the map view by selecting the icon at the lower left corner of the interface.
Category selection will display all known series available for that category. Users can then refine results by making one or more filter selections (country, scale, date range, format, publisher, language) and then clicking on the Apply Filters button.

Making a Series Selection:
Series coverage is displayed in an interactive map view. Sheet level details are displayed by making selections on the map or table view below the map. Depending on availability, paper, image, or data formats of a map sheet can be selected for purchase by adding them to the cart. In some instances prices are not posted, in which case users can still add the item to the cart and it will submit a request to East View for pricing and availability. Note that currently sheets can only be added to the cart one at a time.
